Hello Everyone! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Marni Desiree (Conaway). Located in Middleburg aka “The Burg”, Florida. It’s a quaint little town outside of Jacksonville. I’m new to the “professional” aspect of photography. I started my journey in 1997 when I became a first time Mom. My very first photoshoot was of my new precious baby daughter, Victorriah. That started me on a journey that would eventually land me into the professional realm of what I’m very passionate about. Here we are…Let me start off by saying that I’m a Christian woman, Wife, a Mother/Stepmom of 6 kids and I absolutely LOVE photography. I started out with a Fujifilm camera back in 1997. I wanted to take good photos of my brand new baby girl. It was hit or miss with getting decent shots due to me having no clue on how to operate the camera. I got some amazing shots of my baby’s eye, elbow and sometimes her ear with a stuffed animal in the side. HAHA!! I eventually figured things out and was able to achieve quality shots to print out. My very first photoshoot consisted of my baby being dressed up in attire from Mexico. My best friend at the time was from Mexico and she had gifted me the items necessary to get the shots. From then on, I was hooked. For years, after having more children and doing random photoshoots of them, I realized after having lost my mother when I was 28, that I wished I had so many more photos of her. See, photography is more than a fancy photo put on paper or to show off on social media. It’s capturing moments in our lives that we will be able to leave for our loved ones, once we are gone. I realized that the love I have for capturing precious moments, really are more important than most realize. Whether it’s a random picture of a child playing on a playground or kissing their new sibling, or whether it’s a mother-to-be, a pet….those moments are always treasured. When time passes, we can look back on those moments in time and reminisce. That is my goal… to capture beautiful timeless moments for others to love. So, in 2020, I decided to buy a more professional camera with amazing lenses. Luckily, I’m married to an amazing man named Scott who not only believes in my dreams, but financially supports them as well. I’d probably not have been able to venture into this without his love and help. I’m incredibly thankful and very blessed-.After 24+ years of photographing only my family, I challenged myself into starting this journey as a business. It’s been nothing but magical for me. I might be a sweaty mess while doing a shoot, but I’m absolutely enjoying every moment of it. Rest assured, I make my almost all of my own props. I generally have costumes, props, jewelry, crowns/tiaras, flower arrangements and so much more. Most of my work you will see has involved my children. They are so helpful in my journey as well. Allowing me to take random photoshoots of them when I need more content and practice. My children are Victorriah (25), Isaiah (21), Christopher (21), Ivianna (18), Brianna (17) and Izaak (10). They each have really been blessings to me in creating this photography business and I am grateful for their love and support. ***NOTE: any traveling for location shoots outside of Clay county may have a travel fee assessed starting at $25+. Keep in mind, I do have professional equipment, from camera to lenses to lighting to software. My prices include your professional experience while in my presence, all the way to the delivery of your photos. A. NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER of 1/2 of your final price (goes towards session) will be due at the time of booking a date for your session (weddings not included- see below for wedding information). The remainder will be due on the morning of the day of the shoot. The final payment has to be sent electronically (via PayPal, Facebook Pay. Cash App, Venmo or Zelle) at least 4 hours before the scheduled photoshoot. I will send a friendly reminder of your amount due that morning. If payment isn’t received on time, you could be subject to forfeiture of your time slot and deposit. Deposit will not go towards another shoot unless I’ve been given at least a 24 hour advanced Notice of date changes. This does not include weather issues or myself having to cancel . I do understand emergencies as well. All I ask for is communication and we can work something out. Thanks.
***ALL photos will be delivered to you via email with a link to download your personalized gallery from a reputable online company in High Resolution JPG format. I do NOT deliver RAW images. A part of my photography art is the editing process. ***
FEE SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS: (Please note that my pricing is based off of my experience, professional gear, professional editing and professional sites). * Pricing is based off of outdoor photo sessions. In home studio sessions will cost extra (Weddings excluded from this extra cost)
*Birthdays, Boudoir, Couples, Engagement, Head Shots, Maternity, Modeling, Prom, Quinceanera Portraits, Sweet 16 Portraits, and so much more. Up to 2 people. 45 mins., 1 location. Minimum of 10 digital images. Starting at $250 for outdoors. Extra cost for indoor studio session.
*Newborn, Cake Smash (1 yr olds), Toddlers up to age 2, High School Seniors . Up to 1.5 hours, 1 location. Minimum of 15 digital images. Starting at $300 for outdoors. Extra cost for indoor studio sessions.
*Family Sessions (up to 4 people- $10 per person over limit of up to 10). Larger Family Sessions over the 10 max, we can discuss pricing depending on size and needs. 45 min, 1 location. Minimum of 15 digital images. $300 for outdoors. Extra cost for indoor studio session.
*Realty Property Photography- $300 per home, up to 2,500 sq ft. $50 per 500 sq ft over limit. 1 hour per home. Minimum of 20 digital images.
*Pets- $250 For Up to 3 pets. Each additional will be $25 per pet. 45 min, 1 location. Minimum of 10 digital images.
* Weddings or Vow Renewals- Start at $300 per hour. 1 Photographer with Assistant to photographer (not a 2nd shooter). Package includes a complimentary Engagement Session. Message me to schedule your free consultation for your wedding package information. A non-refundable retainer of 20% needs to be paid to book the date. All remaining monies are to be paid in full, no later than 1 week before the wedding day. Contracts will need to be signed in person.
*Events such as Bridal Shower, Anniversary Parties, Military Homecoming, Birthday Gatherings (includes Quinceaneras) , Retirement Party, Fundraisers, Baby Showers, Bereavement Photography, etc. - $200 PER HOUR, with a minimum of 2 hours. Long Distance travel may cost extra. Minimum of 50 professionally edited images posted to your personal gallery for download.
*Mini Sessions- Start at $150. INQUIRE about seasonal setups I may be conducting.
